I'm Marielle Legair.

I confront a stark reality: the rate at which women and diverse talent are leaving companies is at an all-time high.¹
This alarming trend often stems from systemic issues such as:
- a lack of opportunity to advance (48%),
- unsupportive managers (22%), and
- unmanageable workload (17%).²
